Description
The Rainbow House is creating a queer hub that will serve as a much-needed LGBTQIA+ Resource Centre.
A coffee shop, health cafè, and other quality services that are relevant and accessible will be available on-site. Whilst projects further afield will connect queer life across the city, and into rural areas.
The concept is to create a feeling of home where people can drop in and hang out in a secure environment. A safe space for the Queer community to lay down roots,
Workshops and skill-building will promote physical and mental wellbeing, including sexual health, emotional resilience, and helping to combat isolation and risk.
 Art activities and events will ensure that the operation remains visible and self-sustaining but most importantly, that it nurtures creativity.
